Urban boulevard at the entrance of Tubize

The project concerns the complete redevelopment of the roads at the southern entrance to the city of Tubize and the creation of a new urban boulevard between the bridge over the Charleroi-Brussels canal and the eastern entrance to the city of Tubize.

The boulevard will also serve a future inBW economic activity zone and the new district project that will be carried out as part of the redevelopment of the former Forges de Clabecq site.

The bureau greisch has been entrusted with a complete assignment for the civil engineering and bridges studies of this city entrance boulevard, which also includes two important crossroads and a new structure for the crossing of the L106 railway line. It will enable the existing traffic to be fluidized by offering an alternative to the current level crossing, which will be removed by Infrabel.

These developments complete another project currently being studied by the bureau greisch, that of a new roadway bypassing the town of Tubize to relieve congestion in the urban center, between the Provincial road (coming from Braine-le-Château) and the E429 motorway.

JNC International is associated to the project for urban planning and landscaping studies.
