The original roof not being able to support the new load, the project includes the building of a light wooden floor hung from metallic trusses which transfer the load to the front columns and which support the load coming from the roof. Those metallic frames, because of their components thinness, could be integrated in the partition walls separating the different offices.

In some places, in order to ensure the new way down of the load, metallic bars and prestressed components reinforce the current frame at the lower levels.
