Telindus in Heverlee

Extension of the headquarters of a computer science company, over a total area of 36 000 m². Offices, training rooms, auditorium, restaurant (288 places), storage hall (570 m²), underground parking (553 places).

The structure is made of a general foundation slab, concrete columns and walls poured in situ,
prefabricated beams and slabs. The walls and the columns are made of apparent concrete.

The steel columns on the facade of the offices are also structural elements.

The underground car park of this extension of the main headquarters of Telindus has 553 parking spaces spread over three levels.
