Science park Arenberg in Leuven

This park is designed to accommodate information and communication technology companies and biotechnology laboratories. Finally, approximately 100,000 m² will be built.

The first phase comprises 13,900 m² of buildings, including 9,500 m² of offices and 99 underground parking spaces.

The works are based on piles, the structure is made of concrete with prefabricated beams and, above all, prefabricated facade walls.

Between the buildings, a slab accessible to delivery vehicles covers the parking lots.
