LEGIAPARK – Complex for biotechnologies

The LEGIAPARK is a set of two buildings built on the former Patience et Beaujonc mines, in front of the MontLégia clinic, the new hospital of the CHC. It is intended to accommodate companies active in the biotechnology and life sciences sector. It is realized in bouwteam for the account of LegiaPark sa, a company created by Noshaq and the CHC

The complex offers 30,000 m² of buildings and 15,000 m² of underground parking. It is mainly composed of BL2 laboratories, clean rooms, offices, co-working spaces, and a training and conference center.
