Bridge of Chooz

Urban bridge across the river Meuse linking Chooz with Petit-Chooz.

The composite deck, made up of a reinforced concrete plate and two little steel box girders, is continuous over three spans : 30 m, 52 m and 28 m.

The central span is supported by two couples of arches that are extended below the lateral spans forming the bottom flanges of a Vierendeel girder.
