At the last seminar on energy organized by the public service of Wallonia, experts in special techniques and energy from bureau greisch presented a new open source instrument to around one hundred building energy professionals, aimed at accelerating the energy renovation of the tertiary park. It was developed within the framework of the Walloon Renovation Strategy and in coherence with the new European bonds.
This tool allows to:
- Evaluate the actual performance of a tertiary building
- Identify and prioritize improvement actions
- Measure their impacts in terms of energy, CO2 and costs
- Build a structured renovation roadmap
It is intended for auditors, managers and decision-makers wishing to have a clear and action-oriented diagnosis. It is not mandatory but is a solid support for organizing and prioritizing the renovation of tertiary buildings.
