Inauguration of the metro station Arts-Loi in Brussels

    On 2016, February 22 inauguration of the underground station Arts-Loi in Brussels (BE) after renovation.

    Important station of the Brussels underground network (at the crossing of the Law street and the inner ring), it drains about 85,000 passengers a day. It underwent a thorough technical renovation: the creation of a new power substation for the traction current, new stairs, replacement of all water pipes and electricity, installation of elevators, escalators replacement, adjustment of lighting and signage, improved acoustics and compliance with safety rules.
    Architecturally, open spaces allows better orientation and makes the station more bright.

    Bureau Greisch-Bgroup assured the study and the monitoring of all structural interventions.
