Bureau greisch is proud to be part of the winning team that will be working on the redevelopment of the I.C.A.D.I site, located near the Guillemins train station. This collaboration involves the Danish office Dorte Mandrup and the architects from B2Ai architects.
The developers Uhoda Group and CAAAP have clearly expressed their desire to make this project an example of circularity. With this in mind, the entire existing structure will be preserved, renovated and enhanced. The choice of materials will also be designed to meet this vision. The programme itself is extremely varied, offering a diverse range of uses, including a crèche, commercial spaces, spacious accommodation and even an artists’ studio.
