Heliographic printing works Helio Complex of industrial buildings (25,000 m²) to house two wide rotary presses (4.32 m) and their accessory equipment. It includes eight halls with a height of 7 to 16 m, a building made entirely of concrete and a 70 m technical walkway.
The shell of the buildings and the floor slabs which are designed to withstand loads of 50 to 100 kN/m² are founded on piles (1,100 piles of 800 to 1,750 kN with a total length of 12,700 m).
The structure of the halls is comprised of prefabricated concrete columns and beams while all the bracing is made of steel. The raft foundations and pits were made with 10,000 m³ of concrete cast on site.
The main difficulty of the project was the rhythm of work which meant that the studies had to be completed in real time, that is, the «process» information was sent during the construction work.
