Bureau Greisch The building is located in a forest with a light slope, in the middle of the scientific park of Sart Tilman that gathers the companies working in tight collaboration with the université of Liège.
The building is composed of two levels and is divided by opaque or transparent demountable walls. More than 100 persons work over 2 000 m² floor surface.
The materials used are concrete, apparent concrete blocks, merbau cérusé, glass, stone paving en grès cérame, stainless steel and prépatiné zinc.
