Greisch - security coordination

Since the effective implementation of the Royal Decree of 25 January 2001, modified on January 19 2005, all the building sites comprising the simultaneous or successive intervention of at least two intervening parties must be subject to a health and safety coordination both in the project phase and in the realisation of the work.
Formed specifically in the field, the Greisch office coordinators are responsible for the provisions relating to the well being on the building site, envisaged by the project originator and implemented by the contractor during the execution of the work. Their assignment also includes the securement of the works at the time of later interventions, in particular within the framework of the maintenance.
All the Greisch office coordinators have professional experience of building site design and follow-up as well as a perfect knowledge of the regulations as regards public contracts. They are capable of offering the best adapted prevention and protection measures. Moreover, they have the competences necessary for the formulation of technical and aesthetic proposals to be implemented from the project stage.
Thanks to the team work, they benefit from the very wide experience of Greisch office in fields as varied as the resumption of sub-works, fire prevention systems, the pushing of a bridge roadway, the stabilization of structures, the maintenance and the restoration of buildings, the phasing of the work on complex and extensive building sites.
For the practice of this new construction profession, the Greisch office coordinators constantly make sure that they remain at the disposal of the intervening parties and ensure their assignment by basing themselves on the human relation and the direct communication with the project originators and the workers. They also have the aim of providing solutions reconciling safety and economy.
