
 | The building of civil engineering works often has sizeable town planning consequences. The Liège bridge opened up a whole district of the city and generated new flows of pedestrian and cycle traffic, while creating new recreational spaces on the banks of the Meuse and the canal of the Ourthe. Greisch office was receptive to the concerns for landscaping and raised these issues in collaboration with the urban planners, in order to devise the most appropriate formal solutions to this type of problem.
